About Me

Designing clarity for complexity.
My name is Yunrong, Jhan (She/Her). 韻蓉 is my first name written in my native language, Mandarin. I’m a UX/UI & Product Designer experienced in turning data-driven product/system onboarding into clear, human-centered experiences. With a background in B2B change management for my previous client AIRBUS and the UX Design training at TechLabs, I bring hands-on skills in user onboarding and adoption, user research, UX/UI and product design, and agile collaboration across global teams and stakeholders. My MA in Postcolonial Studies sharpened my critical thinking and empathy, which I now channel into accessible design and storytelling that help diverse people adapt and thrive in digital transformation.
Originally from Taiwan and having been living in Germany since 2018, I draw creative energy from reading, traveling, cultural events, and museum visits — always curious, always exploring, always ready to design meaningful experiences.
